Christian and Sydney Dodge are building DEVCO through Team Dodge—their faith, family, work, responsibilities and conviction that better living has to be practiced before it can be passed on.

The health of a family shapes the people, work, communities and future that grow from it. Yet many families carry modern life as a collection of disconnected responsibilities.
Home, health, work, schedules, relationships, property, recreation and the future all compete for the same time and energy. Even success can create more to manage instead of more life to enjoy.
DEVCO exists to bring those pieces together and help families build better living from the inside out.
The founding family
We are Team Dodge.
We are a Christian family raising two young boys and building the life we want them to grow up in—one rooted in faith, health, meaningful work, nature, friendship, adventure and service.
DEVCO is not an idea developed from the sidelines. It is being shaped inside real family life: meals, work, training, projects, property decisions, difficult seasons, limited capacity and the daily responsibility of trying to live what we hope to help others build.
We are living it, learning it, building it and preparing to pass it forward.
