A SELECTIVE INVITATION
You do not need a perfect household or a polished plan. We are looking for families who are ready to participate, communicate, take action, support one another, and have fun.
Approach each other with respect, honest communication, and a willingness to grow together.
Dedicate some time each week to planning and meaningful activities, and participate in periodic reviews.
Try new ideas, share constructive feedback, and encourage other families along the way.
DEVCO provides guidance, tools, structure, and opportunities. Your family makes its own decisions and follows through. We cannot guarantee particular health, financial, relationship, or lifestyle outcomes.
ONE PROGRAM / THREE 2027 START DATES
Each class receives a full 12-month experience. Compare the dates below; Team Dodge will confirm your class with you personally.
The inaugural community includes the first 10 families and three planned classes of 30. Northwest Arkansas first—tell us where you live so we can explore the right fit.

January 1–December 31, 2027
Your enrollment installment covers January–March. The next three $897 payments are April 1, July 1, and October 1, 2027.
We’ll carry January into your application as a preference.
FEBRUARY / CLASS 02
February 1, 2027–January 31, 2028
Your enrollment installment covers February–April. The next three $897 payments are May 1, August 1, and November 1, 2027.
We’ll carry February into your application as a preference.
MARCH / CLASS 03
March 1, 2027–February 29, 2028
Your enrollment installment covers March–May. The next three $897 payments are June 1, September 1, and December 1, 2027.
We’ll carry March into your application as a preference.
No additional charge at the paid start date: your first quarter is already prepaid. No fifth installment or automatic renewal.
A CLEAR COMMITMENT / A PERSONAL BEGINNING

Billed quarterly at $897.
A 12-month commitment totaling $3,588, paid in four installments.
The first installment is paid when you enroll and pays for the first three months of your agreed program. The dates above show the remaining payments.
This is one 12-month transformation commitment. There is no automatic renewal. If you withdraw before your agreed paid start date, your prepaid installment is refunded in full. After the paid start, the commitment applies, subject to applicable law, DEVCO’s delivery obligations, and a fair exceptional-circumstances process.
Your invitation will include the complete agreement and billing schedule for review. Submitting an application does not enroll your family, reserve a place, or authorize a payment.
No payment is collected with your application.
GOOD QUESTIONS
This is a collaborative family development experience. Weekly private coaching, unlimited consultations, and done-for-you household management or concierge services are not included.
No. The game, resources, community, and Living Systems experience are developing. Founding Families help shape them through participation and feedback.
No. Higher levels of individualized advocacy and support are separate offerings. The $3,799 Better Living Baseline is a separate comprehensive assessment and transformation-planning service.
Team Dodge reviews your goals, alignment, readiness, and enthusiasm. We will contact you about the next step. If invited, you can review all program and enrollment terms before deciding whether to enroll or pay.
