FAMILIES HELPING FAMILIES
Our home is the lab. Our family is the first team.
We’re Christian and Sydney Dodge. We’re raising our boys, building businesses, chasing adventures, and learning how to make the most of the life we’ve been given.
OUR STORY
The life we’re working for should be the life we’re living.
Success should create a better life for the people we love. That belief sits at the heart of DEVCO.
Our experience developing businesses, systems, facilities, and properties has taught us something important: the places and systems we build should serve the people and lives they’re meant to support.
We’re applying that thinking at home—and inviting other ambitious families to join us.
MEET CHRISTIAN
Connect the vision to the work.
Christian brings decades of owner-operator experience across specialty building systems, design-build, project leadership, and property stewardship.
His work connects complex decisions, specialist expertise, and execution to the people they are meant to serve. That experience, including ECI Systems, informs the practical thinking behind DEVCO.
MEET SYDNEY
Keep the life inside the plan at the center.
Sydney brings the perspective of family fun, nutrition, household life, and raising the next generation. She helps keep the meals, health, adventures, and moments together at the center.
Together with our boys, we’re learning and practicing the life we hope to help other families build.
WHAT GUIDES US
Build a life worth passing on.
Our vision reaches across life’s seasons and into the next generation. We want the places, relationships, and ways of living we develop today to keep giving tomorrow.
Faith
Serve with honesty, stewardship, and a sense of responsibility beyond ourselves.
Family
Keep the people and life behind every decision at the center.
Follow-through
Make clear commitments, follow through on agreed work, and keep learning.
