Today, I share whats led to creating Beyond the Stay™ — a vision for families seeking success in all things beyond our wildest dreams.
Thirteen years ago today, I was changed in a moment.
Not slightly adjusted.
Transformed.
And every day since has been a continuation of that conversion.
This morning, as I prayed and wrote to the Lord, I was overwhelmed. The man I am today is not the man I was. The life I have would not exist without that moment. The wife. The family. The friendships. The clarity of purpose. And this calling.
This work I’m building now — it’s not accidental. It isn’t opportunistic. It’s aligned.
Too many people are trying to improve their lives in silos. One coach here. One mastermind there. One consultant to fix what’s broken. Another to optimize what isn’t. Transaction after transaction.
It doesn’t work.
No single coach or group has the answer.
What’s broken in this world isn’t productivity.
It’s family.
If you fix the family, you change the world.
That responsibility falls on one man and one woman — not just as spouses, but as a team. A unit. A force. Legendary together. Raising future heroes who know how to live well, build well, and steward a legacy that carries a good name.
Hi. I’m Christian Dodge.
Husband. Father. Leader of Team Dodge and Founder of DEVCO.
And I am building something called Beyond the Stay™.
It’s the secret sauce for DEVCO’s Zero to 100+ vision.
DEVCO’s mission is simple:
Improve quality of life.
Raise the standard of living.
Create lasting impact for future generations.
This goes: Beyond real estate. Beyond hospitality. Beyond the journey.
It is about designing a way of living that compounds across generations.
What if a group of families came together seeking Success in All Things — Beyond Our Wildest Dreams?
What if we formed a high-impact organization — SEVEN3 — and built XPROJECTS with DEVCO that created the perfect environments to pursue excellence together?
What if we learned to master-plan not just land… but our family name?
What if we could arrange, order, and steward the future — even when we’re no longer here?
That sounds like heaven on earth.
What if I told you it’s possible?
Would you believe me?
Would you join?
Would you build?
Today is significant.
We each get this day. Then the next. Then the next.
Let’s make them count.
